Refunds and cancellation

Attune is a digital software subscription. Nothing is shipped.

Cancellation

Open the Stripe billing portal from the account page and cancel renewal at any time. Access continues until the paid period ends.

Refunds

Within 7 days of the first paid period, if the seat has not been used to answer or place a call, email us for a full refund of that period. After 7 days, or after any call use, that period is not refunded. Cancelling still stops the next charge.

Duplicate charges or Stripe errors that still billed you are refunded in full after we verify them.

How to request

Email the address on the contact page with your sign-in email and Stripe receipt. Refunds return to the original payment method.
